Bentonite clay also contains minerals such as potassium, silica, iron, copper, and sodium.

How to use

Start by running a hot bath; a hotter bath will result in a stronger detox effect. In a non-metal bowl gradually mix two to four cups of clay with warm water in a bowl until the mixture is free of clumps. Make sure you use non-metal utensils to mix the clay. A blender can be used if desired. Slowly pour this mixture into the bath of warm water.

Alternatively, you can sprinkle the clay directly into the bath but be careful not to breathe in clay dust. Break up any clumps with your hands. Our product contains premium clay and should have very few clumps.

Try to ensure you soak as much of your whole body as possible. If the bathtub is too small to soak your whole body, alternate your upper body and head, with your lower body. Soak for at least 20 minutes.

Stay hydrated with mineral-rich water before and after the bath. We recommend rinsing off in the shower after the bath to remove any excess clay.
